Services

Sage 300, built to fit and kept running.

Support, implementation, development and the Mexican side of the operation. The same team does all four, which is why nothing gets lost between them.

01

Support and maintenance

Someone who knows your configuration and answers the same day. We take over from your current arrangement without touching your licences or forcing an upgrade.

  • A named consultant who has read your setup, not a rotating queue
  • Month-end and year-end close support when it actually matters
  • Error diagnosis, data fixes and reconciliation help
  • Documentation of the customizations nobody wrote down
02

Implementation and migration

Moving onto Sage 300, or moving onto a version that is still supported. Planned around your close calendar so the business keeps running through it.

  • Migration from spreadsheets, QuickBooks or an outgrown system
  • Version upgrades with the customizations carried forward and tested
  • Chart of accounts design that survives a multi-entity structure
  • Data cleansing and opening balances that reconcile before go-live
03

Custom development and integrations

When the process is right and the software will not bend, we build the piece that makes it bend. Written to be maintained by whoever comes after us.

  • Integrations between Sage 300 and the systems around it
  • Custom screens, workflows and validations
  • Automated imports that end the rekeying
  • Source code and documentation handed over, without exception
04

Reporting and financial visibility

Numbers your controller trusts, out of the system rather than out of a spreadsheet built on top of it.

  • Financial statements across entities and currencies
  • Operational reports built with the people who will read them
  • Consolidation of Mexican and U.S. figures on one basis
  • Dashboards, when a dashboard is genuinely the right answer
05

Mexican entity setup and compliance

The accounting system for your Mexican operation, standing up correctly the first time, with the tax obligations built in rather than discovered later.

  • System selection for the Mexican entity — Sage 300 or Odoo, argued honestly
  • CFDI 4.0 invoicing and complemento de pago
  • Electronic accounting filings in the SAT's format
  • A mapping back to your U.S. chart of accounts from day one

Sage 300 modules we work in

Financials and distribution, which is where the certification is and where the work is.

General Ledger

Multi-entity, multi-currency structures and the consolidations built on them.

Accounts Payable

Vendor management, payment runs and the approval workflow around them.

Accounts Receivable

Invoicing, collections and the aging your controller actually reads.

Inventory Control

Costing methods, valuation and the count adjustments that follow.

Order Entry and Purchase Orders

The order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles, end to end.

Project and Job Costing

Job profitability, work in progress and billing for project-driven businesses.

How an engagement runs

Four steps. No discovery phase that bills for six weeks and produces a slide deck.

  1. 01

A call, and then your system

Thirty minutes on what is wrong, then read-only access so we look at the configuration instead of guessing at it. Neither is billed.

  2. 02

A written scope with a price

What we would do, in what order, for how much. Short enough to read in full, specific enough to hold us to.

  3. 03

    The work, in the open

One named consultant, a schedule you can see, and a status you do not have to chase. We flag slippage the week it happens.

  4. 04

    Handover, then support

Documentation, source code and a walkthrough with your team. Then either you run it yourselves or we hold the retainer — both are fine outcomes.

What we don't do

We do not sell Sage 300 licences in the United States and we are not authorized to. We do not do U.S. tax filings or bookkeeping — that is your CPA's work and we would rather they kept it. We do not take on ERPs we have not worked in, however much the project is worth. And we do not staff an engagement with someone who learns your industry on your budget.
