A new company. A practice that is not.
Stataris LLC was formed in Wyoming in March 2025 as the U.S. company of a group that has been implementing and supporting ERP systems since 2006. We would rather you knew both halves of that sentence.
Why this company exists
For years the group's work had a shape to it: a company in the U.S. or Canada with an operation in Mexico, an ERP that handled one side well and the other badly, and nobody willing to own the seam between them. Tersoft did the Mexican side. When Canadian accounts needed a Canadian counterpart, TerCan was formed for that. Stataris is the same idea for the United States.
Having a U.S. company matters more than it sounds. It means American clients contract with an American entity, on U.S. terms, in dollars, without the friction of a cross-border vendor relationship — and it means the consulting work done in the United States is invoiced by the company that performs it.
What it does not mean is a large American office. The consultants are in Mexico, on Central Time, and that is deliberate: it is where the harder half of the work is, and it overlaps the U.S. business day almost completely. We say so on the front page rather than letting you discover it on the first call.

Alberto Hernández
Founder and principal consultant
Sage 300 Certified Application Consultant in Financials and Distribution, and the single member of Stataris LLC. He is the one who answers the contact form, scopes the work and stays on the account afterwards. In a firm this size that is not a promise about service culture, it is arithmetic — and it is worth knowing before you send the first email.
