Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Stataris LLC ("Stataris", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. It is short because our handling of personal information is short.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company, optional phone number, subject and message you typed. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site, and there is no account to create.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, and to carry on the conversation you started. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
Who else sees it
- Our email provider, which carries the message to us.
- The form delivery service that passes the submission from this site to that inbox.
- Consultants within our group who are working on your enquiry.
Members of our group are located in Mexico, so information you send us is processed there as well as in the United States.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as the law and our accounting obligations require.
Your choices
Write to us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by statute; we would rather simply honour the request than ask you to establish which law applies.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Anything stored in your browser is what the site needs in order to display pages correctly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly folded in.
Contact
Questions about this policy go to the same address as everything else, and reach a person rather than a legal department.
